Full of charming character and the most stunning stained-glass windows. The apartment has its own staircase and is set on the second floor.
Its peacefully quiet yet within walking distance of the property are various cafés, restaurants and bars where you can sit and watch the world go by, along with many independent shops to browse around. Criccieth Castle is just a short walk away and less than 15 miles away is the imposing The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization site of Harlech Castle. The pebble beach of Criccieth, with its long sweeping bay and array of water sport activities is also nearby. Porthmadog, home to the famous Welsh Highland Railway and the edge of the Snowdonia National park, is only 5 miles from the doorstep of the penthouse. There really is something for everyone in this diverse region. Beach 400 yards. Pub 87 yards and restaurant 95 yards.

This beautiful flat definitely has the wow factor. It is well positioned for the beach, restaurants and the few shops that Criccieth has to offer. The only reason we have marked it down by one star is that the flat was very hot in the recent spell of unusually hot weather. This was partly because we couldn’t open the windows, we found out how to open them on our final night after contacting the owners. The flat was still uncomfortable even with the windows open, however the owner has said she would provide a fan in future. We found the owners very approachable and friendly as were the residents of the other flats who were eager to tell us about the interesting places in the area.
