The vistas of waves and sky that you can see through almost every window of this three-storey house are incredible. The open-plan kitchen/diner is where everyone will want to gather - its corner kitchen has everything the cook will need to prepare group meals and, as well as a dining table, there’s a sofa in which to snuggle up. A shower room, also on the ground floor, is ideal for when you’ve come in from a swim or surf. The spacious lounge is on the first floor, with a TV/DVD to entertain you as well as plenty of comfortable seating. Also on this floor are two bedrooms - a double and a twin (the latter can be super-king-size on request), sharing a bathroom. Head up one last flight of stairs for the two remaining bedrooms, a king-size and a double, each with an en-suite shower room. For fresh sea air, in addition to the small balcony that leads off the lounge, you have a large, terraced garden, with steps and a decked slope leading to a patio with dining furniture, directly overlooking the sea.

Saundersfoot’s wide, flat beach offers safe swimming in shallow waters, and this is a perfect way to spend your holiday, dotting back and forth between the sands and your cottage. Explore the variety of pubs, cafes and restaurants in the village or, if you want to head further afield, Tenby is just 3.5 miles, and a host of family attractions can be reached within 10 miles.
