Spacious 4-bedroom holiday cottage which is approximately 5oo yds from the centre of Saundersfoot's seaside village, beaches with far-reaching sea views from the open plan living area and split level garden. The property features a fully-fitted kitchen, separate sitting room with Nintendo Wii & board games and four comfortable bedrooms that have been thoughtfully decorated throughout. The golden beaches, unique stores and local eateries in and around Saundersfoot are a short walk from the property as well as an amusement arcade, quaint harbour and scenic coastal path. The famous colourful terrace houses that line the streets of Tenby are just 10 minutes drive away from Pen Gar where you'll find even more shops, cafes, pubs and glorious beaches.

Rooms: Ground floor: Large living/dining area with sea views, fully-fitted kitchen, sitting room and cloakroom with WC. First Floor: 2 king bedrooms, both with patio doors leading to the garden and one with en suite shower room, two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom.
Kitchen and utilities: Fully-fitted kitchen with hob, oven, coffee machine, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and 2 dishwashers.
Entertainment: Wall-mounted TV in living area, TV with Nintendo Wii and board games in sitting room and TV in the king bedrooms. Wi-Fi available.
Outside: Split into 2 levels with small seating area and far-reaching sea views from the top decked level and another viewpoint from the lower paved area. Not suitable for unsupervised children in the lower garden area.
General: Central heating and electricity included. Bed linen, towels and 4 hairdryers provided.

Well equipped, spacious both inside and outside, ideal for our family holiday. Lovely location with fabulous views of the coast. As good as it looks on the photos. 10 mins easy walk downhill to the beach, hard slog back up for the less able! Lack of a basic welcome pack was disappointing- a cup of tea upon arrival after a 5 hour journey is essential in my book. Would definitely recommend if a few minor issues were resolved.

Pen Gar is in an amazing location and we loved the view from the picture windows. The outside space is great, if only we'd had any sunshine to enjoy it! Saundersfoot has a lovely feel to it and the beach cafe with outside seating on the steps, is perfect for coffee and great sandwiches. The games in the separate lounge is a thoughtful addition for children and there's plenty of space for 8 adults to sit in the lounge. There are a few housekeeping issues, but hopefully these will be rectified after our visit.

A generous welcome of fizz and chocolates was a lovely start to our holiday. Thank you! The open plan living space promoted lots of valuable family time together. The kitchen is well equipped and there are plenty of towels in all the rooms. The boys loved the games room. Great location for exploring South Pembrokeshire.
