About this property

Detached Holiday cottage located near the centre of St Davids that includes parking for 3 cars and a large garden.  You can walk to the coast via a nearby footpath that takes you down to St Non's the birthplace of St David himself.  Also within walking distance are some great local pubs and restaurants and of course the Catherdral. There are many stunning beaches along this part of the Pembrokeshire coast including Caerfai and Newgale.  Further afield around Pembrokeshire there are many all-weather attractions including Oakwood, The Dinosour Park and Trampoline Park.  At the nearby jetty in St Justinians you can take a fishing or wildlife boat trips including dolphin and even whale watching trips. 

On the ground floor there is lounge, conservatory, dining area , kitchen diner and a wc and utility room. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, microwave, full sized fridge and freezer, gas oven and separate gas hob.  Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms , 1 with en-suite and a master bathroom.  2 bedrooms include king sized beds while the other is a twin bedroom. Outside is a large lawn area that includes a small pond at the far end. Any children must be supervised around pond at all times. There is plenty of garden furniture to sit out and enjoy the garden or to dine al-fresco.

Electricity and heating included.

Bed linen and tea towels provided. Please bring own bath and beach towels.  (or add as extra to your booking for £7.50 per set).

No smoking.

Parking for up to 3 cars.

Maximum holiday length is 2 weeks.

No stag or hen parties.

No pets

No children under 5. (due to small pond).

Please note there is a refundable damages bond required of £150 (pre-auth on payment card during booking).
