Just a short drive from the Royal Welsh Showground near Builth Wells and a little further from Hay-on-Wye, this luxury farmhouse is a perfect base for families and friends to explore the surrounding countryside. Set over two floors with an upside down layout, the two large ground floor bedrooms both come with an en-suite bathroom, whilst the first floor living area enjoys elevated views. Guests will find a well-equipped kitchen with dining area and a light and airy sitting area with French doors opening out onto a balcony, a perfect place to plan your day’s adventures over a morning cup of tea.
You can also relax outside on the patio below, and no day would be complete without indulging in the hot tub, sharing stories of your day’s activities. The area is centrally located in the stunning Mid Wales countryside and is perfect for walking or cycling. Walks on the door step and the Elan valley reservoirs only 20 minutes away. Thank you Mrs Nelson for the fantastic Victoria sponge cake and the Welsh cake's.

It is a beautiful barn, very comfortable and very quite. It was exactly what we wanted. The barn is very roomy and has everything you could need for a self-catering holiday. The owner baked us a gorgeous cake and sausage rolls for our arrival, and was very welcoming. I was highly recommend. We will be going back soon.

As described and beautiful only item couldn't find was ice tray but managed to `make` one from an egg box hosts had thought of everything you would need and the accommodation was better equipped than others we have stayed in closer to main house than shown on pics
