Karen had left us a home baked cake & butter to have with our cup of tea. Even the weather could not spoil our autumn break. We hope to return to the Stables next spring and once again visit the beautiful Elan Valley.

Very clean and well equipped, the best Iâve ever been to. Pleasant and helpful owners. I hope to return in the future.

Set in a peaceful and quiet valley. Nearest shop was 4 miles away with supermarkets in the town of Llandrindod Wells 8 miles away. Owned by and next door to the village pub which is useful. Lots of waking and cycling pathes in the area, so idea for the more adventurous.
