We are a family group of 15, ranging from 9 months old to 88 years. We spent Christmas here. This property suited everyone perfectly. Very spacious, lovely and clean and well equipped. 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms , very large lounge area and lovely big kitchen meant there was room for everyone. The cinema room and hot tub were great additions too . Just a stones throw from centre of Newtown but situated up its own lane overlooking hills and fields meant you felt you were in the middle of nowhere. Our elderly guests could have done with a couple of extra blankets on their bed but this is a minor issue and certainly didn’t affect what was a lovely week for all. Would highly recommend .

Wow! What a place, we cannot recommend staying here enough, ample of space for the 12 of us to get together- amenities were even better than described and will hopefully be returning again. Well worth the price - an absolute bargain for everything available - Chris was super helpful and always to hand if needed or any questions! Thansk for a great stay!
