If you want to stay in aberdovey you won’t be disappointed with this property. Clean, spacious and well maintained. Great view over the golf course . Trains run alongside the house but they are infrequent and we never heard any through the night. Would we stay again? If I’m playing golf there then definitely. For a holiday I would go to a bigger place than Aberdovey. It was very hot when we were there and there was no way of opening the front upstairs window to get some air flowing . Make sure you take essentials such as milk, coffee or tea because there’s literally nothing in the house.

A great place to stay, easy parking with a very short walk to the beach or the town. 10 mins to the railway station. A very clean and very well equipped house. 2 comfortable beds. 2 bathrooms, with showers.Ideal for slightly older people who want to get away, great walks and local pubs.Only negative is that the bedrooms are downstairs and they get very dark, great for sleeping, but will need the lights on earlier in the night. The wi-fi wasn't the strongest. Otherwise there is a wonderful private balcony with enough space for 4 people sitting down and eating.Great selection of books. Excellent place to relax.

What a disaster! After booking completed access times to and from property were changed from 3pm to 4pm and 10am to 9.30am. On arrival at 4pm cottage had not been cleaned beds not made no clean towels and bins not emptied. Tried to phone owner several times but no response ended up having to drive straight back home again.
