Brook Retreat receives high praise for its peaceful woodland setting, modern and well-equipped caravan, and dog-friendly garden. Guests consistently mention the cleanliness, comfort, and tranquil atmosphere, making it ideal for a relaxing break or as a base to explore North Wales. The on-site restaurant and proximity to local attractions are appreciated. Some minor maintenance issues and an uncomfortable sofa are noted, but these do not detract from the overwhelmingly positive experience. The property is especially popular with dog owners and those seeking a quiet retreat surrounded by nature.
Most guests found the caravan spotlessly clean and well maintained, with only a couple of isolated comments about pet hair and minor cleanliness issues.
The location is widely praised for its beauty, tranquillity, and proximity to beaches and attractions, with many guests describing it as stunning and peaceful.
Guests generally found the beds comfortable and the caravan cosy, though several mentioned the sofa was uncomfortable and a few noted minor issues with doors and garden access for elderly pets.
The caravan is described as well equipped with modern amenities, two bathrooms, and a lovely garden and decking. Some minor maintenance issues (loose toilet seats, curtains, slow oven) were mentioned but did not significantly impact most stays.
While guests appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and thoughtful layout, some noted a lack of basic essentials such as toilet paper and washing up liquid. No gifts were mentioned, so guests should not expect these as standard.

From the moment we drove up the driveway off the main road it was like stepping into a fairy tale and felt a million miles away from.everyday life , the caravan was beautiful , very cosy and comfortable , the caravan’s position on the park was wonderful , lovely large garden for our dog and lovely decking to sit and relax . The park itself is stunning and the hotel is beautiful . Didn’t really leave the park only to go for essentials to the nearest village which was tremadog . We are booking to come back twice next year . It was one of the best holidays we have had . The wi fi signal was the best we have ever had in wales . The bed was very comfortable and sofa and furnishings was also spot on . So happy we have found this little gem .cant wait to come back next year .
