  A stunning property that has the wow factor but still felt like home for the week.

  Lots of space for larger groups or families to have their own space. Really easy to walk into town to access all amenities and a short drive to so many beautiful Cotswold towns and villages. A million good things to say so please take these next points as constructive feedback ….. the lighting in the kitchen snug area is very dark. This is where our grandson spent most time but reading a book was difficult and it just felt too dark. Same in the games room; more light needed. Also the Wifi was really bad. We basically only ever had it in the living room. We saw the booster in the utility upstairs and saw it wasn’t connected but tried lots and it wouldn’t work. The old WiFi password is still in the kitchen which needs removing. I think this particular issue really needs resolving as some of our party had to work and could only do this in the living room. But the house really is special and we had a fantastic time. The response from the office about a couple of small issues was also outstanding. Thank you

  This house is in a very good position for touring some of the many Cotswold attractions without having to travel too far each day.

  It is very well laid out in relation to rooms, bathrooms and facilities and is of a high standard. The household instructions were plentiful and clear, especially relating to the recycling. I found all that very useful. Ruskin House is on the High Street of a busy market town. It is slightly set back but there is some traffic noise even with the double glazing. In the attic room, there is one window which is single glazed ( I think an original window) which while it's quaint, does allow traffic noise to penetrate which I found disturbing, even though I actually live on a busy road so should be used to it! That said we did have a lovely time there.

  The property was presented very well.

  Very clean and had all the facilities we could need. It is very well situated in the village and Moreton in Marsh is an excellent central location in the Cotswolds to visit nearby villages and larger towns such as Stratford and Oxford (train link from the village station). We had great weather and the outside spaces were good for sitting and eating outside in the evening. The only thing that confused us was the arrangements for recycling and we ended up going to the Co-Op disposal bins. Overall excellent.

  We had a fabulous stay at Ruskin House.

  It is a beautiful property, extremely clean and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is more than spacious enough for the 6 adults we had staying here. It is also perfectly situated in Moreton-in-Marsh with everything on your doorstep; fantastic pubs and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this property and have every intention of staying there again next time we visit the Cotswolds! Thank you!

  Very comfortable and clean house, more than big enough for our party of 4 adults and 2 teens.

  Good location for visiting Cotswold and beyond. Sits on edge of Morton so walking distance to shops, restaurants and pubs; nice not to have to drive somewhere for an evening meal/drink. Would have been nice to have 2 sets of keys for back door (main entry point as that is where you park) especially as the front door did not open fully. Highly recommend; do not be put off by town location.
