There were some good points about the house but these were overshadowed by a kitchen that was tired and in need of a deep clean. The beds were v uncomfortable and we didn't feel any sense of being welcomed

The property itself was lovely, very spacious, well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only slight downside was that the local shop was closed during the weekend we were there and the Red Lion pub wasn’t serving food either.Thankfully, the guide provided recommended some alternative places to eat, so we ended up at Ambridges fish and Chips in Spilsby which was a great find.

Quirky little cottage with good amenities. Ideally located for where we needed to be.
