Just the sort of quiet area we wanted within easy reach of the Lakes hills. And a friendly place of a beer nearby.

We had a really good time. The house was clean and spacious. It's easy to start a walk from Goswick Hall. A simple view out of the window shows allready squirrels and pheasants and of course a lot of sheeps. During the night you'll hear the owls calling. It's wonderful!

When we were around children enjoyed exploring the grounds. Jim was also very helpful. We would stay there again!!
