Location is super for the beach and lovely walks. Walking towards Winterton and beyond is lovely. House is well appointed and comfortable. Loads of space. We would like to return in the summer because the patio hot tub and conservatory room are all great. Highly recommend.

The house was beautiful, immaculately clean and very well equipped. It is very spacious, for a house that sleeps 8, this was perfect as we did not feel like we were on top of each other. Bedrooms were lovely and had really comfy beds. Excellent communication from the owner, I had a query prior to arriving and he responded very quickly and was really helpful. Finally, the location was AMAZING! The view from the house was unreal and no picture will do it justice. A walk down some steps and you are on a huge stretch of dunes, and beach access. We were so lucky that we got to see 100’s of seals and pups, an amazing experience. The local pub is around 10 minute walk, the chippy just a little bit longer and a co-op 5 minute drive away. Took around 25 mins to drive to Great Yarmouth. Overall, an excellent stay that we would absolutely consider booking again.
