Rose Cottage in Great Yarmouth is highly praised for its cosy, clean, and well-equipped environment. Guests appreciate the large enclosed garden, ideal for dogs, and the proximity to local amenities and natural attractions. The welcome gifts of wine and biscuits are frequently mentioned, adding a touch of thoughtfulness to the stay. Accessibility is noted, with some concerns about steep stairs to the second bedroom and steps into the shower.

The location is celebrated for its closeness to the broads, beaches, woodland walks, a local pub, and a shop. Its proximity to supermarkets and the coast adds to its appeal.
Guests find the cottage comfortable, with a special note on the comfortable bed and sofas. However, some guests mention the steep staircase and high step into the shower as potential comfort concerns for those with mobility issues.
The property is well-equipped with modern equipment, and the large garden is appreciated. However, the steep steps to the second bedroom and the need for a shower mat are noted as areas for improvement.
Many guests express gratitude for the welcome gifts, which include wine, biscuits, and flowers, adding a personal touch to their stay. While these gifts are warmly received, it's important to note that such gestures are subject to change and may not be guaranteed for every visit.

A very picturesque cottage and the only negative are the steps to the second bedroom. These are more like a fixed ladder and need to be negotiated very carefully. Everything else was lovely including the fresh flowers and the welcome gift.
