Kittiwake is a beautiful holiday home in the fishing town of Amble, set over 3 floors with a contemporary finish. It boasts views towards Amble Marina and is perfect for those who enjoy being by the coast, as well as beautiful countryside walks.

Kittiwake, in the seaside port of Amble, is a townhouse sleeping up to 8 guests. From the rear it boasts views towards Amble Marina and the sea, overlooking grassland. It is set over 3 floors, is modernly furnished with a contemporary field. Bask in the sun from the decoking area overlooking the coastline, and the Juliet balcony from the first floor living area.

Amble, known locally as the ‘friendliest port’, has a lovely harbour, perfect for walks. The main street also has a great selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. There is also a small shopping pod village nearby to the harbour. The historic village of Warkworth with a castle, beach, and river walks, is 1 mile away and can be reached by car, or on foot following the Coastal Path along the River Coquet.

Bedroom 1: Double bed. En suite with shower, WC and washbasin.

Utility: Washing machine.

Cloak room: WC and washbasin.

 

First Floor

Living area: comfortable seating, flat screen Smart TV, Juliet balcony with views towards Amble Marina.

Bedroom 2: Double bed.

Bathroom: Bath, shower over bath, WC and washbasin.

 

Second Floor

Bedroom 3: Double bed. En suite with shower, WC and washbasin.

Bedroom 4: Twin beds.

 

Outside: Decking area to the rear with views of grassed walking land towards the marina.

Parking: Garage for 1 car or bike storage. Off road parking for 2 cars to the front of the property.

Heating: Gas central heating.

Pets: 2 dogs welcome @ £25 per pet per week or part thereof. We kindly ask that pets are not left in the property unattended, or allowed on any furniture. Please contact the holiday agency directly if you are bringing pets and to make payment.

General: WiFi. Bed linen and towels provided. Hair dryer. Travel cot and highchair available on request. This is a no smoking property.
