The property's rural setting provides tranquillity and beautiful countryside views, with guests appreciating the cleanliness and the warm welcome from the housekeeper. While some guests noted areas for improvement and maintenance issues, the overall experience was positive, with many looking forward to returning.

The majority of guests found the property to be spotlessly clean, with several reviews highlighting the cleanliness as a positive aspect. However, a few guests mentioned minor cleanliness issues, which slightly impacts the overall score.

The property's secluded rural location is appreciated for its tranquillity and proximity to the countryside, with some guests enjoying nearby attractions. However, the remote setting and the condition of the access road were noted as inconveniences by some, affecting the score.

Guests praised the property for its spaciousness and comfortable bedrooms. However, reports of broken furniture and issues with some beds have led to a reduction in the comfort score.

The property boasts a variety of facilities, including a hot tub and outdoor kitchen, which were well-received. Nonetheless, several reviews cited maintenance issues with the games room, kitchen equipment, and outdoor furniture, necessitating a moderate score.

While guests mentioned a warm welcome and a good level of equipment, there were no specific references to gifts or extra thoughtful touches that would warrant a score in this category. Therefore, the score is set to null.

The accommodation is absolutely beautiful and is exactly as described (it actually exceeded our expectations). Each room was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. The hot tub, bbq area and games room in particular was fantastic and there were so many seating areas that fit our whole group and had us sitting up all night together reminiscing. It was a little added bonus as animal lovers to be close to the cows in the field beside it! We absolutely cannot wait to come back. I can’t recommend this place enough. Special thanks to Susan who made us feel so welcome and it was very comforting to know she was only a text away if we needed anything. Also recommend Silloth West Beach for a day out which we thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you so much again! :)

Room set ups were fab so many bathrooms! Unfortunately the previous guests had done some damage to the house but Susan took us through all of this and was on hand all weekend if we needed anything. Great outdoor spaces and covered areas and good sized living area for when the great British summer fails!

It is very secluded but house itself was fabulous and suited our family needs. Plenty of room and space for everyone to have their own privacy if needed.
