Broomshaw Farm Cottages is made up of three properties, Meadow Cottage, Stable Cottage and Swallow Cottage, located off the main road in a quiet and peaceful area. These cottages are perfect for a Peak District get-away. You are located close to neighbouring towns in Leek and Ashbourne, there are ample walks from your doorstep plus Alton Towers Theme Park is just 4 miles away. Meadow Cottage is the largest of the three with three bedrooms, made up with a double, a single and a family bedroom with double and single beds, and a family bathroom upstairs, downstairs there is a sitting room with electric wood burner effect fire, TV and dining table to sit all guests, plus a kitchen with all amenities you should require. Out of each window you have stunning views of the countryside. You are welcomed into Broomyshaw by a very friendly atmosphere and host.

We chose this lovely cottage for our short break to explore the Peak District and we had a lovely stay! We were greeted by Graham who was very friendly and welcoming and showed us around the cottage. The cottage was very tidy, clean and comfortable to stay in. They provide you with some board games and have a freeview and a DVD player with the TV for the children. It is easy to find however the road leading to it can be quite bumpy and you have to be careful as some of the cows like to roam near the road. Local shops are only 20 minutes away and have some good fish and chip shops too! We had an amazing stay here and will definitely think of booking it again. Thank you.

Lovely cottage, situated in a very quiet park of the Peaks. We were greeted by Graham who made us feel very welcome and talked us through all requirements. Local supermarkets are a good 20 minutes to half an hour away, but there are some lovely local pubs. The only thing to be aware of is the road leading to the property. Dukes lane is very uneven and narrow, but is manageable if taken very slow. Overall a lovely stay. Thank you.

We were going to Alton Towers, which is really close by.Nice touches from the owner making sure there is tea and some milk on arrival.Lovely stay
