Cowes is well known for its affiliation with the sailing community and there are many events to enjoy, including regattas and races, which are peppered throughout the summer months. Cowes hosts the famous Cowes Week every year in the summer months, one of the longest running sailing regattas in the world and this lovely townhouse would make the perfect base for both crew and spectators. Stepping into this lovely property, you ll be greeted by the traditional floating staircase which runs through each floor. The first of six bedrooms is on this floor, a king size zip and link bed (which can be made up as a 2 6" twin upon request). Across from this room is the only other room on this floor which is a shower room with WC and well equipped utility area. Heading up to the first floor, you ll find two bedrooms, one king size zip and link (which can be made into a 2 6" twin on request) and one family suite with two king size zip and links (which can be made into 2 6" twins on request) and a great view of the high street. On this floor, you ll also find the main bathroom for when you want to soak the day away in the tub. Heading up to the second floor, there s the kitchen keeping the feel of the traditional townhouse. The second and final room on this floor is a sociable room, featuring two large comfortable sofas, a stunning banquet dining table, a small breakfast bar area with a coffee machine, drinks fridge and a large Smart TV. Moving up to the third floor, you ll find three more king size zip and link rooms (which can be made up as 2 6" twins upon request) and another shower room with WC. Head up to the impressive rooftop terrace. Not only does this terrace offer spectacular, panoramic views across the Solent, but you ll also be privy to the secret world of Cowes rooftops, with many properties almost hidden in the Old Town. There s ample seating and a fire pit on this floor which is ideal for sunset al fresco dining or quiet sunrise coffees watching the world sail by and if that wasn't enough there is a hot tub to enjoy too. Smart TV in the lounge and family room. Private roof terrace with hot tub, outdoor furniture and fire pit. Private parking off road for 2 cars and on street parking for 1 car. Sleeps 12 2. Electric vehicle charge point available approx. 35 per car per week or short stay and to be arranged with and paid to the owner. Please note that access to the roof terrace is via an open tread staircase at the top of the house with hand rail and out of a roof hatch. Hen and stag parties welcome. For bookings made from 5th July 2023 onwards a 10% discount is available for 10 guests, 20% discount for 8 guests and 30% discount for 6 guests or less. A bedroom or two may be out of bounds with these low occupancy discounts. For bookings made from 5th July 2023 onwards if guests do not wish to use the hot tub a 200 discount is available. If guests do not wish to use the fire pit and BBQ a 50 discount is available. If guests do not wish to use the hot tub, BBQ and fire pit a 250 discount is available .
