Characterful 5 bed, 4 bath, 3 reception room town house. Located in Cowes, this reverse-level house, dating back to the 18th century, has been lovingly restored and refurbished in 2020. An ideal holiday base whether you are sailing at a regatta, or exploring the Isle of Wight on holiday. The property is also adjacent to the dog-friendly Northwood Park. Furnished with comfy beds, it has five large bedrooms and three bathrooms with ample space throughout. The kitchen and games room are hubs for activity. Equally, there are two different seating areas in the garden. The house has five floors (with two half-landings) providing plenty of space for guests.
Each bedroom has quality beds and views of the park, and marina or enjoys far-reaching harbour views. The living space is split across two floors; on the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious and charming living room, which catches the evening sunshine and has a cosy open fireplace. The lower floor consists of a large kitchen and dining area which extends out onto the patio area, as well as boasting a family games room equipped with a pool table and table tennis. Outside, the enclosed garden with a patio area provides the ultimate place for al fresco dining, complemented by an extra drinks fridge in the shed. The house can be decorated for any special event/celebration (cost depends on choices) and private catering can be organised.
The famous harbour and bustling streets of Cowes are a stroll down the hill where the majority of shops are independent. There are restaurants to suit all tastes. Red Jet Ferry terminal is just 250 yards away, please contact the owner for a special discount before booking a ticket!
Cowes Yacht Haven is a 3-minute walk and the nearest beach is 7 minutes away. There’s a wide selection of outdoor activities, including over 500 miles of scenic footpaths. Paddleboarding, kayaking, paragliding, sailing, RIB rides, horse riding and some stunning golf courses are all available.
There are numerous events such as The Garlic Festival, The Isle of Wight Festival, The Literary Festival, Rhythmtree, The Steam Fair, and a regatta in Cowes most weekends during the summer.

This has to be the best holiday home we've stayed in ever. They have literally thought of everything you may need while there. The kitchen has everything, so many glasses, cutlery for many many people, pots pans, coffee machine etc. We thought of it, we found it. Its beautifully presented, very clean and tidy. You can tell it used to be someone's home.Its ideally located with various shops, coffee shops, the seafront all within minutes easy walking. Alex was on the end of the phone instantly with our questions. Can not recommend this place enough and we will definitely be coming back. A firm family favourite 😍

Fantastic property located in a really convenient part of Cowes. Quiet but perfectly connected. Total of 7 adults in party.Kitchen was kitted out really well - had everything we needed, and more, but still felt spacious. Our host was amazing throughout our experience - both prior to and during our stay. Super helpful with ferry bookings and directions. We had two dogs with us and even they had been thought about. 100% recommend this property for any family wanting to have a relaxing holiday.

Exceptional well equipped, with modern appliances , very close to town , pubs , restaurants and harbour- Probably the best cottage( more like a large house) that we have stayed in the UK - A building with old Victorian charm and character rather than modern architecture but that’s what we like - Plenty of space for multiple family occupancy and a great well stocked games room off the huge kitchen / diner for the youngsters….. if they can get the adults off the pool table
