Not as described on the website. There is no toilet in the ensuite & both bathrooms are on the second floor. Not as clean as we would have expected. Had to buy cleaning spray & cloths to remove stickiness from kitchen handles & surfaces, dining room table plus all bannister rails. Garden very scruffy. Kitchen very tired but servicable once cleaned. No tea, coffee etc provided but 2 ancient sprouting potatoes left in kitchen cupboard. On the plus side bedlinen & towels are good quality & the carpets are clean. Good communication from Sally the owner. It's a shame that she has been let down by an inaccurate description on the website and a below average level of cleaning by the housekeeper. No information pack supplied. Kitchen & garden are both unattractive so meals have to be carried upstairs to dine in comfortable surroundings. I think 6 people would struggle as there is only comfortable seating for 5 in the living/dining room.

In a quiet area very close to the town and excellent amenities. Cleanliness could be improved. No welcome pack or information on appliances and local services. We struggled to open and close the patio door so didn't use the garden which was a shame with the lovely weather.

Sally was fantastic and gave us loads of local recommendations for good coffee and lunch spots. A gorgeous weekend with my family in the stunning Cotswolds
