Flat 34 is a well-presented, second-floor apartment located at Marine Court in the quaint town of Littlehampton. Travel up the stairs or by the lift to reach your new home, where you will find a spacious open-plan living area to unwind in. There is a plush corner sofa in front of a TV for some downtime, a dining area to savour meals together and a well-equipped kitchen. On balmy evenings, feel the sunshine on your face in the communal garden or make use of the on-site facilities to meet others alike. As day draws to night, retreat your apartment, and choose between three bedrooms, a double and two twins. In the morning, prepare for the day ahead in the bathroom with either a soothing soak in the bath or a rinse in the shower. For a relaxing break, secure a stay at Flat 34. The seaside village of Littlehampton has two beaches, a thriving marina, and a harbour. Over the Coastguard beach, the International Blue Flag and Quality Coast Flag are flown. This bustling seaside town on the south coast offers year-round access to all types of water sports, including deep-sea fishing, scuba diving, water skiing, and windsurfing. While the west beach, located on the other side of the river Arun, is undeveloped and protected and offers isolated sand dunes and wonderful wildlife, the sandy east beach offers indoor and outdoor entertainment for visitors of all ages. The town of Littlehampton has a wide variety of eateries, bars, and retail establishments to suit the needs of people of all ages and tastes.

Note: Registered assistance dogs are accepted on-site with registration paperwork, however, they will need to adhere to on-site rules and not be left alone in the property, prior agreement from the centre will be required - paperwork is required to be submitted at the time of final payment to arrival.
Note: No facilities to charge electric cars on site; use of plug sockets and extension leads is not allowed.
The centre has an onsite laundry, swimming pool and fitness gym, all of which are available to guests during specified times.
We currently operate a booking system for these facilities, and these can be made through the main reception during your stay (additional charges apply).
Our fully licenced bar located within the lounge area is open Sunday to Thursday evening 7pm to 10.30pm

They must be doing something right! The accommodation is spacious, well maintained and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The Reception Team is efficient and welcoming: I was very pleased they remembered me from my previous visit a year ago.

It is always clean and staff are always welcoming. There is plenty to do and see around Littlehampton . You donât need a car there are plenty of buses and good rail links( when not on strike ) this time because of rail strike had to find a b and b for Saturday night so hope to get home today . Flat 34 is large and has three good sized bedrooms .

You can only use the pool if it is not being used by the charity and then only if two adults go together. The pool has to be booked ahead of time. I was on my own a lot of the time as my husband was working and hoped to use the pool daily. I could not. My second issue is with one member of staff who made us feel like we were an inconvenience until we had a minor medical issue. She then softened towards us. The flat was basic but clean and spacious. Although the filter in the extractor above the cooker needed changing. We asked for this to be looked at along with a bedroom blind that wasnât working but that didnât happen as the handyman was always busy. It is in a very convenient location for beach and town. Although the apartment sleeps 6 plus cot, you are only allowed one car in the car park. To summarise. We didnât feel like it is a holiday let. It is, as its states a charity for respite and rehabilitation for firefighters. It is wonderful in that perspective but not as holiday accommodation.
