East Preston is a pretty seaside village described as ’living in the country by the sea’ and holds its own annual village festival every June.
The house has been finished to a high standard, offering both luxury and comfort. On the ground floor of the property, the large open plan kitchen boasts all appliances along with bi-fold doors leading out to the garden, with an al fresco dining area. There is a downstairs toilet for your convenience, along with a cosy but large living room ideal for watching a film or Netflix after a long day on the beach. Upstairs the master bedroom has a king size bed, dressing area and en-suite shower room! There is also a second double bedroom, a third bedroom with twin beds, and a family bathroom with a bath and shower. The well-maintained garden provides a great place for children to play and for adults to relax in, with a BBQ and outdoor seating area perfect for a well-deserved glass of wine in an evening. Perfect for all the family Sea Glimpse comes fully equipped with a highchair, travel cot and fold-up push chair along with children’s cutlery and plates.
Only a few minutes’ walk away is a stunning long pebble beach and the ocean, great for a walk whatever the weather. Only one road away in the opposite direction to the beach are shops, cafés and pubs for your convenience. Should you wish to venture further afield then Littlehampton itself is only a short drive away offering family amusements and arcades, award-winning beaches, Littlehampton Museum, and mini golf. Close by you have Arundel and Chichester to visit for your days out. There are plenty of great beaches along the coast here with lots of ice creams and fish and chips to enjoy. Larger towns such as Worthing or the City of Brighton are also only a short journey away offering piers, shopping, more restaurants and plenty of family fun. Brighton also boasts the Sea life centre, i360 viewing tower, Brighton Pavilion, and The Marina amongst many other attractions. There really is everything that you could need at home or within a short drive to enjoy a great holiday.

We had a lovely stay in Sea Glimpse. There was everything we needed in the house for our needs, and it was spotless. The pebble beach was a 5 minute walk away. We did the walk around East Preston following the localmap, and the location was very good for our days out to Brighton area, Fort Nelson at Portsmouth and the Weald and Downland Open Air Museum.

We had a fabulous time at sea glimpse The property was clean and modern and well equipped.The village and surrounding area was so lovely.We enjoyed lovely walks by the sea front to the local pubs, we found everyone very pleasant and welcoming.Will definitely return if staying in Sussex area.Thank you for a lovely stay 🤗

Accommodation is smart and well appointed. Off road car parking for 2 cars if one moves the bins.2 minutes walk to the beach.5 minutes walk to a pleasant gastropub, Sea View Hotel. 5 minutes walk to small grocery shop.Welcome pack could be clearer on how to use the TV. Corner protectors on master bedroom bed need glueing on.We had an enjoyable stay.
