The downstairs accommodation comprises a fully equipped kitchen a living-dining area with fantastic sea views and two conservatories. You’ll also find one of the bedroom suites with twin beds and an attached shower room on the ground level. Upstairs the accommodation consists of two further bedrooms both with king-sized beds and sea views. The master bedroom also benefits from a small balcony. Completing the upstairs accommodation is the family bathroom with shower over the bath. Outside there is a private patio garden ideal for alfresco dining and an additional elevated seating area offering the perfect spot to soak up the glorious views over the colourful beach huts and out to sea.
The Area Rustington is a bustling seaside village about a half-mile walk from Seaview where you’ll find a choice of restaurants coffee house and local pubs. There’s also an excellent range of small independent shops along its main high street. To the west of Seaview is the seaside resort of Littlehampton with its popular East and West beaches split by the River Arun’s estuary. Littlehampton has a bustling marina and harbour where you can watch the fishermen bringing in their daily catch or perhaps take a stroll along the boulevard and enjoy the attractions of this traditional seaside resort. Only stayed a week, but the whole experience was first class.A beautiful house, very well kept with great facilities. Detailed guest book covering everything from general household information and "in case of emergencies", to local amenities and attractions.The location of the house itself it amazing (any closer to the beach and you would get wet feet getting out of bed!). The surrounding area is very pleasant indeed; peaceful, but well connected for local interests.It is a very dog friendly area too. Great walks along the beach and long grassed areas along the shoreline for when it is high tide.

All excellent, very well equipped house with lovely gardens in perfect location for us. Would not hesitate to recommend. Great local facilities, try Turners Pies est 1933 we also enjoyed Micks Fish & Chips, all not so good for the waistline but tasty on the tastebuds.

We’ve just spent a week at Seaview and would thoroughly recommend this holiday home. Its position is ideal being right on the beach and within walking distance to both Rustington and Littlehampton. Loads of places to visit nearby like Arundel. Great for families and dog friendly too with so many places to walk your dog directly from the cottage. We really cannot fault the property. It’s so well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Fizz and milk in the fridge as a welcome, and good quality toiletries in all bathrooms/toilets. Christopher (who looks after the place) was very helpful prior to our visit. We would love to return one day in the warmer weather.
