Hayle offers fantastic family days out, including the wildlife park, Paradise Park, where you can see wonderful parrots and red pandas. Test your hand at surfing with assistance from the Shore Surf School or simply wander the striking RSPB Hayle Estuary, one of the few natural harbours in the South of England, comprising of a mix of tidal pools, estuary and marsh that make for superb walking terrain. Box off popular landmarks such as Old Tin Mine, Bowl Rock and Chysauster Ancient Village, or explore the rugged clifftops of the National Trust owned Godrevy. With plenty of adventure on hand, a holiday at 73 Strawberry Hill is filled with opportunity.

Hayle is located in Cornwall's far south western corner, on an important rspb wildlife estuary that flows out to the lovely St Ives Bay, where tourists may enjoy three miles of golden sandy beaches, hiking, history, and wildlife. Paradise Park, a wildlife park with beautiful parrots, otters, and red pandas, is one of Hayle's many non-water attractions. Around the estuary and harbour area of Hayle, there are a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars. Skittles and racing are available for the whole family, while Lelant, a mile outside of Hayle, is home to one of Cornwall's top links golf courses. The three miles of golden sand beach at Gwithian, where there is a surf shop, instruction, and equipment rental, is Hayle's crowning glory. There are beach cafes where the less energetic can relax and enjoy the views while watching the kids play. Hayle's central location allows you to quickly go to many other locations through public transportation (there is a train station in Hayle) or driving. A short drive away is St. Ives, where you may meander through the narrow alleys, visit art galleries, and appreciate the colourful subtropical plants. St Ives harbour has its own little fishing fleet, and there are numerous boat trips skippered by locals eager to show off the best of Cornwall, whether it's seal watching at Seal Island, mackerel fishing for a couple of hours, or a leisurely cruise to Godrevy Lighthouse.
