On the other side of the house, the dining room comfortably sits ten around a solid oak table and this leads you through into the sitting room with a woodburner and a large settee along two of the walls big enough to seat all the family. The family bathroom is also located on the first floor and on the ground floor is a convenient basin and WC. Outside on a fine day you won't find a more relaxing place.
