Situated directly opposite the steps to Summers beach, this three-bedroom house has wonderful sea views from the River Percuil across to the Helford, Pendennis and St Mawes castles and St Mawes harbour. After a day exploring the scenic beauty of St Mawes and the surrounding Roseland Peninsula, guests will find themselves perfectly placed to relax and take in the charm of this unspoilt corner of Cornwall. St Mawes itself is a picturesque harbour village, known for its boutique shops, excellent restaurants, and the historic St Mawes Castle, a well-preserved Tudor fortress offering panoramic views across the Fal Estuary.
Beyond the village lies the Roseland Peninsula, designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty celebrated for its rolling countryside, secluded coves, and coastal paths. Lovely location- ideal opposite the beach. A little outdated but that helps keep the cost down. Very reasonable price and very clean.
