We thoroughly enjoyed our weeks holiday. With seven adults and three dogs it was well proportioned with a wraparound, un-overlooked garden. Everything we needed was provided. Only downside was local shops shutting early but apart from that you weren’t far from Wadebridge with Lidl ,Tesco and Co op .

We had a wonderful stay at lower Elms with family and 2 dogs who absolutely loved the large garden to run around in ! It was very well laid out and beautifully furnished. It felt very homely and made us relax from the start. The beds were very comfortable. Equipment in the kitchen had everything we needed including an air fryer. We walked to the pub twice for great meals at the Pityme and used the local shop and bakery. We didn’t walk down to Rock because of our older dog but it was easy to do so. We weren’t sure if the owner was from Cheltenham like us as there were a couple of photos of the town. Thank you for a lovely stay we would book again and recommend.
