Outside areas, the pool and the adjacent land towards the lake are also accessible. The barn is extremely well equipped with all the amenities you would expect in a luxury home. It is also only a few miles away from the golden beaches of Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde and within easy reach of the market town of Barnstable.

What a wonderful place. A magnificent adapted barn in a fabulous location for driving around North Devon. Very well equipped to a high standard, wonderful to relax in the spa/pool watching magnificent Devon sunsets. You can rest assured that if one or more of your party is a wheelchair user or has mobility challenges that this property is incredibly well adapted. For us being able to have use of profiling beds, with pressure relief air mattress and overhead tracking hoist was such a boon and a major attraction for us. The hosts could not have been more accommodating and there were even alpacas!

Impressive and spacious property with unique features which easily accommodated our party of 12. It was clean and attractive with some unique features, everything within the property was of good quality too. Outside didn't disappoint with a lovely warm hot tub, hydro pool, barbecue areas and a play area for younger guests. A lovely walk to a beautiful lake, with alpacas along the way. Parking was generous and easily accessible, to and from the property. We had a wonderful experience and hope to return.
