We were a large party and the house suited our needs overall and is in a great position for the town and beach.Facilities were very good with a well stocked kitchen, plenty of crockery, good sized fridge, freezer (not used) and cooking facilities (not used). The bottle of prosecco and coffee beans were a nice touch.On the down side, sheets and pillow cases not ironed. Some of beds looked like they may have been slept in. Whilst the house was clean some areas needed further work. I had to clean a lot of hair from the shower trap in our room as was not draining. Some skirting boards had not been cleaned for some time in a couple of bedrooms. Water pressure to the upper bedrooms was not great. Parking was a real problem. We didn't realise it was the folk festival!Finally, no instructions for juke box.These are minor issues and overall we had a good stay.Thank you

A beautiful, quirky property. Loved the stylish decoration, and great amenities. Thoughtful touches, like the beach chairs, great selection of games, and even a sun hat! Perfect house for families.

This house is amazing! It has lots of character, and the decor is stylish and playful. The kitchen is really well equipped and great for socialising, the bathrooms squeaky clean, the beds comfortable. The whole house is spacious and comfortable. The location is superb - close to all the shops (lots of independents, charity shops and a fab antique shop), fish & fish shops (there are lots!), pubs, bars and cafes. With a five minute walk to the beach one way and a five minute walk to a lovely green space which leads on to the coastal path the other way. We had a fab long weekend with good friends and would love to come back.
