Lovely location and well sized property, let down by some of the infrastructure. Nothing that couldn't be sorted by a bit of maintenance TLC, so I would still recommend hiring the property.

An ideal house and location for a family holiday. When we arrived the house was spotlessly clean and well-aired. It is perfectly situated in a quiet area where the two beaches of Goodrington and Paignton, town shops, restaurants, and bars are within a stone’s throw. Lovely views across Torbay giving a Mediterranean feeling.Only one criticism and that was the double bed in the master bedroom: too low and requiring a great effort to get up from it.However, a lovely house and a perfect getaway for a family holiday.
