Inside, the house is finished with a fresh and modern style. From the contemporary, well-equipped kitchen, to the inviting and comfortable bedrooms, every detail has been thoughtfully laid out to make sure you will have a relaxed and care-free stay.
When you feel like stepping outside to enjoy the weather, the house couldn’t be better suited. The garden has patio furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue area, so if you want to enjoy an afternoon of sunbathing or al fresco dining, it’s all taken care of here. There’s even a balcony with sweeping sea views from the master bedroom.
If you feel like leaving the car at home, there’s plenty to keep you occupied just a short stroll away. Paignton’s picturesque harbour is five minutes away and you can wander on to the town centre with sandy beaches amusements and a selection of shops and restaurants. Torbay also has a fantastic choice of attractions including Paignton Zoo, the famous Babbacombe Model Village and Living Coasts, amongst many others.

We have stayed at this property 4 times now, purely and simply for the location only. In our view the property has now become dated, our main criticism is the state of the mattresses and toppers on the double bed and two single beds that desperately need renewing , we now find that the sittee in the lounge has suffered the same fate, as the padding is none existent you are basically sitting on the wooden frame. The shower try in the ensuite badly needs replacing as the board placed in it to stop it from cracking open is dangerous. We are now very disappointed to see that other guests have posted the same reviews as us over the years and still nothing has been done. We feel that after staying 4 times we have given the owners plenty of chance to rectify any concerns but its obvious they do not intend to act on the numerous guest bad reviews. We definatly will not be staying there again.

Excellent accommodation. Perfect location, well equipped, very well prepared by Yvonne and clean. Only slight negative is that some furnishings are a little dated, which may be an issue with some people, but we found it acceptable. Thank you

Lovely location and well sized property, let down by some of the infrastructure. Nothing that couldn't be sorted by a bit of maintenance TLC, so I would still recommend hiring the property.
