In a truly secluded part of Orford down it's own private road, this truly one-of-a-kind holiday home is now for the first time opening its' doors to holidaymakers looking for a magical retreat to enjoy with friends or family. With an upside-down living concept, Pavilion enjoys panoramic, far-reaching views of the River Alde including the iconic Orford Ness Lighthouse and Orford Ness Nature Reserve. Quite arguably, this house boasts the best view and best location in the whole of Orford. With its unique position next to the Sailing Club the Pavilion has one of the best views on the Suffolk Coast. This is a unique stay for 10 guests.

If you are looking for a home from home, where you can all chill and just be, this place is perfect. The children lived in the heated swimming pool, we chatted and relaxed for the whole week. Perfect location, supermarkets deliver there which is an added bonus. There’s a chippy, gorgeous bakery that you can walk to every morning, few pubs. Children loved crabbing everyday.. literally on your doorstep. Highly recommend. X

The Pavilion far exceeded our exceptions and we couldn’t of picked a better location. An elegant family home with a beautiful (warm!) pool. Great pubs, fishmongers and award winning bakery and butchers, all within a short walk away…. A great staycation!!!

This is a fabulous property. Internally it had everything that we could possibly need, except many modern inventions needed younger members of the party to operate and instruct us Neanderthals. We loved the boiling, cold filter tap. Always thought this was an excessive, unnecessary invention, now totally spoilt. I would say anyone with mobility issues and young children should not stay here, as there were lots of steps internally and externally. But if you want space, comfort and peace this property is ideal. With lovely weather we were able to make full use of the pool and Suffolk Secrets were quick to act when their was a fault, correcting it within the hour. Many thanks to the plumber.
