The property was excellent. Everything, from the tasteful decor, comprhensiveness of equipment, lovely garden, to the location with closeness of S’wold’s beautiful beach and characterful town centre, was excellent. We thought the playroom and toys was an especially thoughtful touch, making the house very suitable for young children. All in all, a lovely property with a very cheery ambience. We carry away a great memory!

We have stayed in Southwold 5 times now, and it is in the perfect location for access to the beach, the Pier & only a short walk to the shops. There is plenty of space for a family to be together - or indeed to be able to spread out! And the playroom is definitely a great bonus for children!! We would definitely book this house again.

Beautiful house and lovely garden. Very well equipped and suitable for large families with or without children. Great location. Helpful owners who made room for our bikes in the games room. Really can't fault it!
