And I was soured by my experience. There was accidental damage to the bedding in one of the bedrooms. This was resolved by additional cleaning and I was charged £48 which I have reluctantly paid. The windows on the property were filthy and had not been cleaned for sometime and one of the bedroom windows was broken and unable to open. We took both these factors on the chin without complaint, perhaps in hindsight we should have complained and asked for a refund. I am peeved that I was charged for accidental damage, especially when the property was below standard.

There were a few things this year to bring to your attention . 1.Ants coming in through the front kitchen window. 2.Water marrk's appeared above the chair by the right hand patio door, seemingly from the bath in the master bedroom en suite. I reported both of these to the housekeepers who arrived as I was leaving. 3. Of greater concern was the decking and seat / bench in the courtyard which were decaying in places, loose and my opinion unsafe, especially for the 3 young children we had with us. Thank you. It would be good to have the option of the twin room to be made up as a double and we always struggle with the fridge as would be improved by having a larger fridge and smaller freezer but saying that we always manage and have a fab time.
