Burwarton is close to Shrewsbury, Ironbridge, Ludlow and Bridgnorth which all offer an array of attractions, as well as a large range of shops and bars. For the more active guests there are many walks to enjoy, such as, Clee Burf and Brown Clee Hill which is the highest point in Shropshire. The town of Ludlow is just a short drive away, as is Mortimer Forest and Ludlow Castle which are well worth a visit. After a long day walking and exploring all that Shropshire has to offer, guests can relax in the private courtyard that comes with this property. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant 10 yards.

Stayed there last week, 3 adults. Nice relaxing, middle of nowhere except for the pub next door (good food, good service, polite and helpful staff). Property was clean, tidy, everything you could need, except for a bigger fridge but if you shopped every 2 or three days plenty big enough. Would stay again, hot tub was a nice touch. Large farm shop at Ludlow (12 miles) had everything we needed, local shop 1 1/2 miles away, well stocked. A good selection of vineyards in the area. Well positioned to explore the area. SVR railway, Blists Hill, iron bridge museums and many National Trusts properties all within the hour.

Lovely stay at the cottage and enjoyed what we needed .. however road is very busy . Also I think it would be nice for some cleaning products for the kitchen and bathroom to be provided as this is not something we would usually bring with us .. beds were however comfy.

Perfect for a short stay. Beautiful location and really handy with the pub next door. A lovely meal enjoyed for dinner. Great value for money.
