Set next to the newly renovated beautiful country pub, The Boyne Arms, which is run by the owners of this property. The Boyne Arms offers fantastic meals in a most comfortable and cosy setting. Burwarton is close to Shrewsbury, Ironbridge, Ludlow and Bridgnorth which all offer an array of attractions, as well as a large range of shops and bars. For the more active guests there are many walks to enjoy, such as, Clee Burf and Brown Clee Hill which is the highest point in Shropshire. The town of Ludlow is just a short drive away, as is Mortimer Forest and Ludlow Castle which are well worth a visit. After a long day walking and exploring all that Shropshire has to offer, guests can relax in the private courtyard that comes with this property. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant 10 yards.

A bit isolated in between Ludlow and bridge north, but adjacent pub was excellent. Cottage was compact but had everything you need, on arrival we noticed the air fryer was damaged, we had a new one the next day.

It does what it says on the tin! Comfortable not luxury but it is a 2 dog friendly cottage!Everything necessary for a break away. The welcome pack of wine and chocs were a nice touch. Nice that some toiletries were providedNeeds: - A bath mat for safety in the shower - Instruction manual for heating and recycling - new mattresses - new towels- update the very old electric cooker - cottage could do with a lick of paint internally - a mirror in the king bedroom would be useful. There’s one on the landing but no good if you want to dry your hair!
