The only things I can say is it states there is a hot tub but there was not! And also as a family we thought the swimming prices were a bit steep! Considering the price we payed to stay here we thought the pool would have been cheaper! But all in all we had an amazing time and the place was so nice!

We had the nicest Christmas away, we even brought our parrot and dog with us, they loved it as much as us! The games rooms were brilliant, the kids loved it nearly as much as us adults

The house was bigger and better than I had imagined, it was so warm and cozy, rooms were a good size and very clean, lounge was large and great for evenings with a big group. The christmas trees and decorations were a lovely touch for the christmas period too. The pool is an absolute must - it was private, spacious, great music and lights too, we just had the best time in there. We also loved the quirk of the farm animals and the go karts. In short there's so much to do at this place and myself and my friends had the best weekend and will definitley be coming back.
