Outside, views extend over the rocky crags of the Stiperstones and the Shropshire Plain and there is a large enclosed lawn where little ones and pets can run off energy, and everyone can simply sit and relax together whilst taking in the beauty of the surroundings. A 10 minute walk away is the local pub which serves food and guest ales. A short drive away are the thriving villages of Minsterley and Pontesbury providing a good selection of further amenities including an award-winning butcher and bakery, and Pontesford Hill, Eastridge Woods, the Long Mynd and the Stiperstones offer stunning views, circular walking routes and many cross-country trails for all mountain biking abilities.

Host Anna was warm and welcoming on arrival and throughout our stay. We had our two young grandchildren with us and they had the run of the large safe enclosed garden. Anna even provided some outdoor toys for them, also a brilliant selection of toys and games inside. So peaceful with a huge enclosed garden which is safe for your dog. We have just visited for the 6th time so you can't get a better testament. The host is on hand if you need anything and nothing is too much trouble.

She had baked a delicious cake for us and left milk in the fridge with tea bags and coffee available. The Barn was exactly as described, sitting in a beautiful elevated spot with views all around. It was very well equipped with all we could want, extremely clean and very comfortable. The garden was excellent for our dog, completely enclosed and with lovely views. Thera are a range of outdoor seating options, a table and chairs on the lower level, a bench and table on the top level and folding garden chairs. We couldnât have wanted for more and itâs within easy distance of many lovely days out and some great pubs!
