There were silver snail / slug trails over the carpet. The sofa was damp so couldnât sit down. Kettle/ toaster didnât work. The house was filthy, cobwebs, dirty walls and headboards. We were a group of 7 ladies and there were 4 towels. Back door was broken. Decking for the hot tub was filthy. Needles to say we cut our trip short and checked out a day early. We were all so disappointed. 3 ladies out of the group of 7 have since fallen poorly with bad chests.

Awaiting a response from you. This property could be so good with a bit of care and some basic cleaning standards.
