This charming, lovingly converted barn, set on a small private estate, is one of three that seamlessly blends classic country style living with undivided comfort. Vaulted ceilings with exposed beams and exposed brickwork effortlessly combine with beautifully crafted interiors to provide a relaxing and tranquil setting for whatever your celebration may be.
On crossing the threshold you are welcomed by two large statement chandeliers, originally from the London show room of global fashion icon Vivienne Westwood - giving you a glimpse into what can be expected from the rest of Coach House.
Sumptuous sofas and quirky accent armchairs are set in front of an impressive hand crafted media wall, offering the ideal space to settle down and watch television or to simply sink into the sofa with a book in hand. For those with a retro taste in music, the owners have thoughtfully provided a classic record player and a selection of vinyls to transport you back to days gone by. For those who don’t want to lose contact with the outside world, there is also a quiet corner with a desk area.
A weathered oak circular dining table, big enough to comfortably seat up to eight guests, is central to the open-plan living space and is ideal for those celebratory feasts or simple breakfasts. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to create a culinary masterpiece or a simple picnic to enjoy in the spacious garden. The charcoal finished cupboards and granite work surfaces are highlighted by an incredible metallic copper wall, ensuring the lovely charm of the property is carried throughout.
Guest have three tastefully furnished bedrooms to choose from, all of which offer complete comfort. On the ground floor, there is a spacious room with a king-size bed and stylish en-suite bathroom, with a walk-in shower and a romantic roll-top bathtub for those moments of complete self-indulgence.
On the first floor, a further two bedrooms are nestled within the eaves of the barn. One offers a king-size bed, the second offers twin beds, perfect for those with children or guests happy to sleep separately. Both bedrooms on the first floor are serviced by an elegant family bathroom with a separate walk in shower.
The front garden provides Coach House guests with the perfect space for a wonderful al fresco dining experience. A unique garden kitchen with a barbecue and pizza oven is perfectly situated to the side of the outdoor dining area under a stunning pergola, making this the perfect place to mix food, fire, family and friends with the most amazing uninterrupted countryside views, along with a soothing wood-fired hot tub.

What a cosy, comfortable few days we have just experienced. Sumptuous furnishings (great taste), excellent workmanship, stunning views, peace & quiet. Thoughtful kitchen layout with all you could wish for, including a large fridge/freezer to store food and drink for a week. Even with Storm Henk, we were really secretly pleased to 'hunker down' and enjoy the property! Had a pleasant walk around Walton Hall with Maggie (Cavachon) and, when the weather was better, loved the hot tub in the evenings. Fab start to our New Year - thank you Anthony and Julia. We would love to return.

We stayed at the Coach House for a long weekend in early December. The place is idyllic, lovely setting, nice & quiet but lots to do around and about if you want. The property is absolutely stunning, it has been decorated with attention to detail and it has everything we needed. There was even a beautiful tree and Christmas decorations up. We would definitely recommend this place, for couples or families. We hope to go back soon! Thank you to Anthony & Julie for welcoming us & providing such a great experience.

My family (including our dog) had the most wonderful long weekend. The property feels almost new, is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed using the hot tub and outdoor pizza oven. The owners are welcoming, helpful and seemed to be available 24/7. The view from the property is wonderful, it’s a pleasure to walk in the local area and on Sunday morning we sighted six swans flying nearby. We recommend the place (and just to be clear, we are not family or friends of the owners !)
