We had a lovely Christmas staying at the Barn. The cottage was perfect for us and had everything we needed. Toilet/shower in each bedroom✅️, tv in each bedroom ✅️, downstairs toilet ✅️, amazing kitchen and separate dining room ✅️. Beds were extremely comfortable and the logburner in the lounge was lovely to have at night. Lots of great walks and hiking trails close by. The owner of the property was lovely we got to meet her on the last day. She was always happy to reply to the odd query we had and we will definitely be coming back for another relaxing stay. Thank you 😊

We visited the barn as a family of eight people with ages ranging from six years old to sixty years old. The location is absolutely amazing and it feels like you are miles from anywhere, but you are actually only five minutes drive from the nearest village which has several shops and pubs. The views from the barn of the Yorkshire moors are as beautiful as anywhere you could find in the United Kingdom. Let’s get down to the Barn itself. The Barn is a delightful building to spend time in, regardless of which room you are in. One would expect a building of that size to be cold but as there is underfloor heating throughout the downstairs it was always warm and cosy. Add the big log burner in the living room to the mix and it got absolutely toasty! The living room is very spacious and although there were eight of us, at no point did it feel cramped. There is a gorgeous dining room next to the living room with beautiful old furniture that really suits the building. Go through to the large kitchen and you will find another large dining area and there are plenty of worktops for food preparation. Do NOT take anything to the Barn, absolutely everything that you will need is there. Crockery, pans, cooking oil, knife sharpener, dishwasher, washing machine. You name it, they have it! All four bedrooms are very spacious and are all en-suite. This is probably the most amazing place we have ever stayed and Sarah and Richard couldn’t have been more helpful. We would rate it ten out of ten and will definitely be returning.

This is an amazing recently renovated house with so many beautiful features and a really well laid out space. Ideal for our 2 families to stay in. Clean, comfortable and lovely views. Lots of great walks and interesting and beautiful places to explore near by. (The Bronte museum is just down the road). We would highly recommend.
