Guests say

Waterside Lodge Four is a well-maintained property in a beautiful, peaceful location, ideal for nature lovers and those seeking a relaxing retreat. Guests have praised the clean, modern accommodation, the presence of a hot tub, and the scenic views. While some guests experienced issues with cleanliness and maintenance, the majority found the lodge to be a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Most guests found the lodge to be clean and well-maintained, though there were a few reports of cleanliness issues such as dirty carpets and a smelly dishwasher. These seem to be isolated incidents rather than the norm.

The lodge's location is highly praised for its natural setting, proximity to wildlife, and opportunities for walks and hikes. It is described as a quiet area that is excellent for relaxation and enjoying the countryside.

Guests have commented on the comfortable beds and spaciousness of the lodge, making it suitable for families and groups. The presence of underfloor heating and a log burner adds to the comfort level.

The lodge is equipped with modern amenities including a smart TV, hot tub, and well-stocked kitchen. However, some guests noted a lack of privacy, noise from neighbours, and insufficient dinnerware, which slightly detracts from the overall experience.

There is no mention of gifts or special touches provided by the host in the reviews, so it is not possible to assess the level of thoughtfulness in this regard.

My friends and I stayed in this cottage for three nights and we had a wonderful time taking in the sights in and around the Peak District The hot tub was amazing, the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were all a good size, plus, its not too far a drive to the Peak District or the town so there was plenty to do during the day and evening, we would highly recommend this place!
