we had an excellent Christmas beak there, 3 dogs, 2 children and 4 adults. plenty of parking space for 2 pickup's in back gated garden.Facility for cooking & eating were brilliant. fully decorated for Christmas by owner so children were very happy. Very warm and welcoming house for our stay. We had lots of waterfall walks with children and dogs. We had no rain, so very lucky. Just cold frosty days and some sunshine which was very welcome. We are originally from Yorkshire so packed for all weathers. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Louise even offered to take food delivery's in for us before we arrived, so very thoughtful.Bathrooms for each bedroom which the girls loved , so no getting out of rooms looking for a bathroom at night! Straight to sleep.we would defiantly return, home from home wonderful, everything you need and very comfortable.thank you for our Christmas stay

Absolutely perfect cottage. So comfortable and spotlessly clean with everything we needed. A great base to explore the dales, and wonderful to come back and chill. Hawes is a lovely place with so much to see and do on the doorstep. We had a fantastic family break and would love to come back.
