Such a privilege to stay in this beautiful property. The location was great. Lovely village and just a short distance from Whitby. Great walks from the door. The Inn on the Moor served a really lovely Sunday lunch at a reasonable price and really good service. The property itself had everything we wanted and needed and was very clean and comfortable. The sofas and beds were all comfortable. Great to have en-suites to all the bedrooms, plus an extra bath if anyone wanted to use that. LOADS of crockery, cutlery, pans and glasses. A couple of cupboards full of games and plenty of throws for those chillier evenings. The owners came to see us the first evening and were very friendly and helpful and gave us the history of the property which was very interesting. I would HIGHLY recommend Heatherdene. Thank you!
