Attractions within the town include the sandy beach for watersport opportunities, the famous 199 to the Whitby Abbey and the Captain Cook Memorial Museum.

The house was decorated to a very high standard (lovely Christmas decorations too !) and is situated in a very good location. Only 10 minute walk into the centre of Whitby. Has the added benefit of a parking space outside the house which is situated in a very nice courtyard. Jayne the owner was both very nice and helpful and made our family Christmas very enjoyable .
