On arrival two off-road parking spaces await you and your guests. Kick off your shoes and heading into the cottage appreciating the stripped wood and original features adorned throughout. Head into the amply-equipped kitchen to prepare dinner for your family and friends; enjoy this together at the large dining room table, discuss your plans for the trip or reminisce over the memories you have created. ‘As the evening draws to a close, unwind in the sitting room and admire the warmth of the electric fire; afterwards recharge your batteries on the first-floor bathroom for a soothing soak. Beds comfy.and central location.We have stayed in many cottages in Helmsley and this is only the second one that has had parking which is a bonus.My only suggestion would be a chest of drawers next to the wardrobe for stays of a week. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or return again.

The property was located in the ideal place for a week discovering the Yorkshire coast and moors. The house was well maintained and the off road parking was a bonus. It was also only a 2 minute walk into the centre of Helmsley which had a number of great places to eat and a Co-op. As a family who enjoy visiting Yorkshire we would definitely stop at Cliff House again in the future.

Well located to enjoy Helmsley!! Only improvement would be to be able to open a window for bit of fresh air!!
