Cottages are awful managing agents - they just sent poorly formatted AI automated mesages, and didn't respond to mesages, and didn't pas mesages on to the hosts. Why people insist on using these awful agents I don't know, as it really does the properties a diservice. The property itself was great - lovely location, great price, loads of space.
