The house and garden really made this holiday special. Weather has ruined holidays in the past but everything is under cover so pool table, Outdoor TV etc still usable which for us was fantastic. Friendly welcome and during whole stay. Would definitely recommend and great value for money considering the extra luxuries.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hawthorns House! From the easy check-in to the wonderful facilities, everything was just great. The hot tub, sauna and outdoor area were such a treat and made our stay extra special. The grounds of the house are beautiful, and inside was clean, spacious and very comfortable. It was the perfect place to celebrate an occasion together. We would definitely recommend Hawthorns House and would love to return!

Beautiful and clean. Comfortable. But a few things missing in kitchen and bedrooms . Not a hair dryer in any bedroom. No sanitary bins in the bathrooms. Need at least a chest of drawers in bedrooms. No empty cupboards in kitchen to put food items in. No bottle opener!!! Very necessary. The cakes were a nice touch . The cafetière was very inadequate for 8 people. Could have a teapot also.
