Rarely do we come across a property where the owners give this much care and attention to creating this level of guest experience. This five bedroom high-spec luxury property occupies the ground floor of the building and apart from being exceptionally well laid out and very spacious, the sleeping arrangements are flexible in that the bedrooms can all be either twin or super-king rooms. With a gym, games room, hot tub all located inside and superb outside areas we would expect the property to be a better than perfect getaway for families and friendly get togethers. The location in the South of Midlothian will prove excellent due to the accessibility to the plethora of activities through the Scottish Borders, Midlothian and Edinburgh which are all easily reached.. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐We really enjoyed our stay at Fairview in Penicuik with the whole family. The property is huge, clean, comfortable and very well looked after. It was also really baby-friendly, which made our stay so much easier.The host was amazing and gave us such a warm welcome when we arrived. They were really friendly and helpful, and made us feel at home straight away.The best part of the house was definitely the home cinema, pool room and hot tub — they made our evenings so much fun and gave everyone something to enjoy. Having so much space for the whole family was a big bonus too.We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend Fairview, especially for families or groups!

Fairview catered extremely well for our family party of 8 over 3 generations for the week. The accomodation had more than enough to keep us occupied and so much space that we weren't tripping over each other. My only gripe would be it's location at the crossroads of 2 major roads, which was noticeable when sat out on the patio or around the hot tub. Plenty to do within a 40 minute drive

This property was pretty spectacular - with way more amenities than the images suggest. Rooms were incredibly spacious all equipped with en-suites. Our boys absolutely loved the space and freedom and of course the games rooms! Ang was a great host, location was a short 15min from Peebles, 40 min from Edinburgh. Would 100% recommend and return next year.
