Visit one of the many vibrant market towns, the closest being Monmouth (4 miles) with its ancient bridge and independent shops, and slightly further, Abergavenny and Ross on Wye, both within 15 miles. Other nearby attractions include Forest of Dean (12 miles) for ancient forests, nature reserves and high wire adventures, River Wye (8 miles) for kayaking and paddleboarding and Brecon Beacons National Park (12 miles) for mountain climbs and rugged scenery. Slightly elevated and accessible from a private driveway, this Grade II listed country home is set back within mature rose beds, welcoming guests via the main entrance hall which has retained much of its character with tall ceilings and intricate ceiling detail. The spacious ground floor includes a formal lounge with dual aspect mullion windows, offering views across the grounds and perfect for relaxing together.
