We were however upset with the lack of heating. The heating didnât work at all, there were a few small plug in radiators which leads us to believe the owners knew this yet there was no mention of broken heating to us before we arrived. Considering we had 2 young babies this was not ok. I would have at least expected communication about this beforehand so we knew to bring extra suppliers ourselves. In fact we had no communication from the owners before or during the stay and as per your email it stated we would to know what to do on checkout. Due to this we had to guess. The code send via email was incorrect, and different to the one online which worked. I did try to call multiple times however wasnât able to get through. I was eventually able to request a call back however due to being up snowdon my phone never rang, I was then grateful someone messaged via your website saying they attempted to call back however when I messaged back radio silence. The house had such great potentially and we all said how beautiful it was but we felt let down overall.

A good centre for touring Eryri / Snowdonia. 2. Trefriw village had it's own historic and scenic points of interest. 3. Llanrwst was nearby and had it's own points of interest, shops etc. 4. The house was spacious, with a good kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, roomy and comfortable. MINUSES 1. Keysafe - couldn't get in at first with the given code. Several people each tried several times. We were waiting outside the house for 30 minutes, trying contact Sykes, before being given a code for the back door. 2. Heating - The weather was unseasonably cool for September and we found the fixed settings for the heating were inadequate and we had to carry the upstairs electric radiators downstairs for warmth in the evenings. 3. TV - The TV-system proved very difficult to operate and was prone to drop-outs. We finally stopped using it. 4. Access - We had two 80+ year-olds in our party and the feel the that the access ramp should not have shrubbery shoots trailing across it.
