Open the front door and take two more steps up from the hall to find yourselves in the inviting lounge/diner with its captivating views. Relax in here together in front of the Smart TV, make plans for the following day and spend hours gazing out across the water. On those occasions you choose to stay in for dinner, wander through to the kitchen/diner to whip up a tasty meal. Dine in here or through in the main room with your family or friends. The bedrooms, a king-size and a twin, can be found on the floor above, together with the family bathroom. Make the most of your private roof terrace on sunny days. Have breakfast out here before heading off on the next adventure and open a bottle of wine on balmy summer evenings.
Spend time swimming in the sea or playing games on the sand on the beach within 50 metres of the property. Enjoy water sports on the estuary or book a trip out to sea to go fishing or seal and dolphin spotting. Stroll 4 miles along the coast and through dunes to Tywyn, with its beautiful beach.
